Refund policy

Each Wild Roots piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind. Because of that, natural variations in wood grain, tone, and texture make every item unique — not defects.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at Joseph@futa.org.uk and we’ll make it right.

Returns are accepted on unused items in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on used items, custom pieces, or sale items.
